The invention relates to a fastening device for connecting two wall parts of a furniture part, in particular a rear wall with a side wall of a drawer, wherein the fastening device has on a wall part at least one latched about an imaginary axis locking lug, which in a wall mounted on the other part or formed locking receptacle - preferably releasably - Can be latched.
Furthermore, the invention relates to a connecting fitting for cross-connecting two Wandteiie a furniture part with a fastening device of the type to be described. Furthermore, the invention relates to a drawer and a furniture with a connection fitting of the type mentioned.
Such fastening devices already belong to the state of the art in a number of ways. For example, DE 32 18 504 C2 of 25.03.1993 shows a fastening device with the aid of which a rear wall can be connected to a side wall of a drawer. In this case, the fastening device has two latching noses, which are arranged on a wall of the drawer, which correspond with recesses of another wall.
The object of the invention is to provide a comparison with the prior art improved fastening device.
This object is achieved by the characterizing part of claim 1.
This is thus achieved in that the imaginary spring axis of the detent is formed transversely-preferably substantially at right angles-to a wall of the wall part.
In other words, this means that the delay direction of the locking receptacle is substantially parallel - not perpendicular - to the imaginary spring axis of the locking lug.
The longitudinal extension of the detent is thereby not perpendicular to the wall of the wall part, but preferably extends substantially parallel to this wall. This has the effect that the width of the wall part has no influence on the possible length of the latching lug. As a result, even very narrow wall parts can be connected with such a fastening device with a further wall part. 69207 23 / sk

In the prior art fasteners, however, the width of the wall portion is directly related to the length of the locking lug, since these locking lugs are arranged substantially perpendicular to the wall of the wall part and thus can extend over the width of the wall portion without exceeding about to protrude the wall part.
By the fastening device thus a compact solution for a fastening device for connecting two wall parts of a furniture part is created.
Further advantageous embodiments of the invention are defined in the dependent claims.
To be particularly advantageous, it has been found that the fastening device has at least one second locking lug whose imaginary spring axis is formed transversely - preferably substantially at right angles - to a wall of the wall part. With the help of a second locking lug a more stable fastening device can be achieved.
According to a preferred embodiment it can be provided that the two latching noses are formed substantially parallel to each other and are interconnected. This measure can lead to a more stable construction of the
Attach fastening device.
Furthermore, it can preferably be provided that a web is formed between the two latching tabs. The formation of a web between the two locking lugs can also increase the stability of the fastening device.
It has proven to be particularly advantageous if the fastening device is formed in one piece. An integral embodiment of the fastening device can help reduce assembly times.
Particularly preferably, it can be provided that the fastening device is formed from plastic. Due to the training of plastic, the production of the fastening device is simplified because it can be made approximately in an injection molding process. • ft * · • »ft *

It has turned out to be particularly advantageous if the latching nose has an inclined surface, with a portion of the inclined surface rising toward the wall portion and another portion rising from the imaginary spring axis towards the free end of the latching nose. Due to the design of two different sections of the inclined surface can be achieved on the one hand, that the locking receptacle can be pushed over a portion of the inclined surface over the locking lug to the wall portion and then lock and on the other hand, the latched locking receptacle can be released again from the latch, namely when the latching receptacle is pushed over the second portion of the inclined surface, which rises from the imaginary spring axis toward the free end of the latching lug. As a result, a non-destructive separation of the latching receptacle can be achieved by the fastening device.
According to a preferred embodiment it can be provided that the locking receptacle is formed on the other wall part as an opening. A trained as an opening detent receptacle can be made both technically and inexpensively.
It has also proven to be advantageous if the locking receptacle is formed on the other wall part as a breakthrough. A trained as a breakthrough recording can be technically well implemented and can bring advantages in terms of stability.
It has proven to be advantageous if the fastening device is designed to be releasable without tools. The tool-free unloading of the fastening device can contribute to short disassembly times, which can have a cost-cutting effect.
Preferably, it may further be provided that the fastening device is formed on the side wall of a drawer and that the locking receptacle is formed on the rear wall of a drawer.
Protection is also desired for a Verbindungsbeschiag for cross-connecting two wall parts of a furniture part with a - in particular two - fastening device of the type mentioned above.
Particularly preferably, it can be provided that the connection fitting is formed in one piece. The design as a one-piece connection fitting can
help reduce the manufacturing costs, since this in a cost effective
Injection molding process can be produced.
Specifically, protection is sought for a drawer with at least one - especially two - connection fittings of the aforementioned type.
Protection is also desired for a piece of furniture with at least one drawer of the kind mentioned above.
Further details and advantages of the present invention will be explained with reference to the description of the figures. Showing:

1 shows a connection fitting 1 for cross-connecting two wall parts 103 and 104 (not shown) (see FIGS. 3a, 4a, 6b) of a furniture part 101, not shown, (see FIGS. 7, 8) with two fastening devices 2 and 2 '. · ** · · 4 9 9
Both the two fastening devices 2 and 2 'are integrally formed, as well as the entire connecting fitting 1. As a material, plastic is preferably used for the fastening devices 2 and 2' and for the connecting fitting 1.
This figure 1 shows the fastening devices 2 and 2 'for connecting two wall parts 103 and 104 of a furniture part 101, in particular a rear wall 111 {see, e.g. FIG. 3 a) with a side wall 112 (see eg FIG. 3 a) of a drawer 102 (FIG. 7), wherein the fastening devices 2 and 2 'on a wall part 104 have at least one latching nose 3 or 3 which is resilient about an imaginary axis A (see FIG. 2 b) ', which is in a different wall portion 103 fixed or formed detent receptacle 30 or 30' (see Figure 3a) - preferably releasably - can be latched, wherein the imaginary spring axis A of the locking lugs 3 and 3 'transversely - preferably substantially at right angles - to a Wall 140 (see Figure 3a) of the wall portion 104 is formed.
In this preferred exemplary embodiment, the fastening devices 2 and 2 'have at least one second latching lug 4 or 4', whose imaginary spring axis B (see FIG. 2b) is formed transversely, preferably substantially at right angles, to a wall 140 of the wall part 104. The detents 3 and 3 'and 4 and 4' are arranged substantially symmetrically.
Between the two locking lugs 3 and 4 or 3 'and 4' is in each case a web 5 or 5 'is formed, which helps to increase the stability of the fastening device 2 and 2'.
In this preferred exemplary embodiment, the connecting fitting 1 serves to connect a rear wall 111 to a side wall 112 of a drawer 102 (see FIGS. 3a and 4a). For this purpose, the connection fitting 1 is attached to the side wall 112 and then then the rear wall 111 can be attached to the connection fitting 1.
Figure 2a shows a connection fitting 1, as just described in Figure 1, in a likewise perspective view.
FIG. 2b shows a detailed view in perspective of the circled area of FIG. 2a. * * * * * * M ψψ * * 9 9 I · · ♦ * * * · · · · · · · · t t t t t t t t t t t t t * l ft · «* * M * ··· 6
The fastening device 2 has in this preferred embodiment, two locking lugs 3 and 4, which are connected to each other via the connecting part 7. Thus, the fastening device 2 has a U-shaped cross-section.
At the connecting part 7, a web 5 is further arranged, which projects between the two locking lugs 3 and 4. The two locking lugs 3 and 4 are resiliently formed, wherein the locking lug 3 springs around a spring axis A, and the latching lug 4 about a spring axis B.
These two spring axes A and B are transversely in this preferred embodiment, preferably substantially at right angles to a wall 140, not shown (see Figure 3a, 3b, 4a, 4b) of a wall portion 104 (see Figure 3a, 3b, 4a, 4b) ,
The inclined surface 20 of the locking lug 3 in this case has a portion 21 which extends substantially in the same direction as does the spring axis A. In prior art detents, these are normally offset by about 90 ° to each other (actually 90 ° minus the angle of the slope of the portion of the inclined surface).
Furthermore, the oblique surface has a further section 22 which rises from the imaginary spring axis A or B towards the free end 6 of the latching nose 3 or 4 (see FIG. 3b). In this preferred embodiment, this further section 22 of the inclined surface 20 makes it possible for the fastening device 2 to be released without tools (see the description of the figures in FIGS. 5, 6a, 6b, 6c).
Figure 3a shows a perspective view of two wall parts 103 and 104 in a detached state. In this preferred embodiment, the wall portion 104 is formed as a side wall 112 of a drawer 102, not shown, the other wall portion 103 is formed as a rear wall 111. On the side wall 112 of the connecting fitting 1 is pre-assembled. The connection fitting 1 has two fastening devices 2 and 2 ', which correspond to the latching receptacle 30 or 30' of the rear wall 111.
In this preferred embodiment, the locking receptacles 30 and 30 'as openings 31 - taken exactly as breakthrough 32 - (see Figure 3b).
* * • * * * * * • t * «* • t« »f» · »·» · · * * * * * * * * * «* ♦ · * 7
The locking receptacles 30 and 30 'are located in the detent plate 8, which is pushed to connect the two wall parts 103 and 104 via the two fastening devices 2 and 2' and, after the detents 3 and 4 or 3 'and 4' the fastening devices 2 and 2 'has compressed, behind the locking lugs 3 and 4 or 3' and 4 'of the two fastening devices 2 and 2' engages. This creates a stable connection between the two wall parts 103 and 104 or the side wall 112 with the rear wall 111 (see FIG. 4a).
FIG. 3b shows a detailed illustration of the fastening device 2 as shown in FIG. 3a.
The fastening device 2 for connecting two wall parts 103 and 104 of a furniture part 101 (not shown) (see FIG. 8) is, in this preferred exemplary embodiment, intended to connect the rear wall 111 to the side wall 112 of a drawer 102, not shown (see FIG. 7). The fastening device 2 has in this preferred embodiment, a resilient latching lug 3 and a resilient latching lug 4, wherein the two locking lugs 3 and 4 are resiliently formed around a respective spring axis A and B (not dargestelit, see Figure 2b). In this case, the imaginary spring axes A and B of the latching noses 3 and 4 are transverse - preferably substantially rectangular - to the wall 140 of the wall portion 104 - in this case the side wall 112 -ausgebildet.
This arrangement of the spring axes A and B, the longitudinal extent of the locking lug 3 and 4 - of the imaginary spring axes A and B to the free end of the locking lugs 3 and 4 - has no effect on the maximum wall thickness of the side wall 112. This allows that narrow Side walls 112 and 112 '(see Figure 7) can be made in a drawer, which is both aesthetically pleasing and leads to a gain in space inside the drawer.
Assembly of the two wall parts 103 and 104:
In FIGS. 3a and 3b, the two separate wall parts 103 and 104-the separate side wall 112 and rear wall 111-are shown; in FIGS. 4a and 4b, the side wall 112 and the rear wall 111 are above the connection fitting 1 and its fastening devices 2 and 2 'connected and locked together.
For fixing the rear wall 111 on the side wall 112, the rear wall 111 and its detent plate 8 with the two locking receptacles 30 and 30 ', which are formed as a breakthrough 32, on the locking lugs 3 and 4, and 3' and 4 ', pushed , For this purpose, the locking lugs on a portion 21 of an inclined surface 20, which increases to the wall 140 of the wall portion 104 - in this embodiment, the side wall 112 - out.
The locking plate 8 presses, while it is pushed over the locking lugs 3 and 4 or 3 'and 4', the locking lugs 3 and 4 or 3 'and 4' together until it has overcome this and then pending behind the locking lugs and the locking lugs 3 and 4 or 3 'and 4' relax again due to their spring action. Thus, the detent plate 8, and thus the rear wall 111, attached to the side wall 112.
As can be clearly seen from FIG. 3 b, the latching lug 3 not only has a section 21 of the inclined surface 20 which rises in the direction of the wall 140 of the side wall 112, but also a section 22 of the inclined surface 20 which is substantially parallel to the wall 140 of the wall portion 104 toward - formed in this embodiment as a side wall 112 - increases. Through this section 22 of the inclined surface 20, it is possible that the connection of the two wall parts 103 and 104 via the connection fitting 1 after assembly also again separated from each other - that can be disassembled - (see Figure description 6a, 6b and 6c and Figure 5) ,
Figure 5 shows a schematic representation of a locking lug 3 as has been mentioned in the previous description of the figures. The detent 3 is pivotable about an imaginary spring axis A. The locking lug 3 has an inclined surface 20, wherein the inclined surface 20 has two different sections 21 and 22. The section 21 of the inclined surface 20 increases in the direction of wall 140 of the wall portion 104 and serves as an insertion bevel. When inserting the detent plate 8 (see Figure 3a and 4a), the detent plate 8 pivots the locking lug 3 about the spring axis A and thus presses the fastening device 2, not shown together. After the detent plate 8 has exceeded the tip of the detent 3, the spring action of the detent 3 relaxes again and the detent plate 8 is mounted behind the detent 3, since the detents have opened and thus the detent plate 8 no longer pulled over the detent 3 can be (see Figures 4a and 4b).
To re-release the locking plate 8, the locking lug 3 in section 22 of the inclined surface 20, which from the imaginary spring axis A to the free end 6 of the locking lug 3 toward Φ 9 · * Φ 4 9 * ** * ·
Φ Φ · · »» »» »» · · · · · · · · · · · · · · · · · · · · an an an. This section 22 serves as Ausklappschräge. If now the rear wall 111 is pivoted in the direction of the side wall 112 and thus to the latching lug 3, then the latching lug 3 is again compressed by the latching plate 8 and the rear wall 111 can be removed again from the side wall 112 or from the connection fitting 1.
This disassembly process is shown in Figures 6a, 6b and 6c, in which the wall portion 103 already has a deviating from the right angle to the wall portion 104. The detent plate 8 presses the fastening device 2 - or their latching noses 3 and 4 together again, whereby a removal of the wall portion 103 is made possible. This is made possible by the section 22 (see FIGS. 3b and 5) of the inclined surface 20, which rises from the imaginary spring axis A (see FIGS. 2b and 5) to the free end 6 of the latching nose 3 or 4.
Thus, a both compact and detachable fastening device is created.
FIG. 7 shows a furniture part 101 which has wall parts 103, 104 and 104 '. In this case, the wall parts 104 and 104 'are formed as side walls 112 and 112' and the wall part 103 is formed as a rear wall 111. The side wall 112 is connected to the rear wall 111 via a connection fitting 1, as described in the preceding figure descriptions. The side wall 112 'is connected to the rear wall 111 via a connecting fitting 1', which, although not identical in construction but nevertheless similar to the connecting fitting 1 is formed.
FIG. 8 shows a piece of furniture 100 with a furniture body 110. The piece of furniture 100 further has three pieces of furniture 101, 101 'and 101 ", which are referred to as drawers 102, 102' and 102". - As just described in Figure 7 - are formed.
